Owners of the 2wd Titan trucks have been asking for an inexpensive and smooth riding 6" suspension lift and PerformanceLifts.com feels this is one of the best riding and handling 6" suspension lift systems available for the money. The CST 4" lift spindle provides four inches of additional front suspension lift and increases ground clearance under the front crossmember by the same amount. The Bilstein 24-197649 Adjustable Ride Height shocks replace the factory Nissan shock body but retain the factory Nissan coil spring. These Bilstein shocks can be set to provide up to 2" inches of lift. When you combine the CST 4" lift spindle and the Bilstein 2" lift you can safely achieve 6" inches of total front suspension lift. This suspension lift package provides the best of both worlds, in most cases a better than stock ride comfort and 6" of lift that will clear up to a 35" diameter tire.

The truck shown in the picture is running 315/70R17 BFG All-Terrain tires on 17x9" wheels. Please note, this item is NOT designed to work with factory Nissan wheels and 35x12.50 tires. CST recommends an aftermarket wheel with with no more than 5.00" inches of back space when running a 35x12.50 tire. The CST 4" lift spindle for the 2wd Nissan Titan is easy to install and can be reverted back to stock at any time. No modifications, cutting, or welding is required to install. This complete suspension system can be installed in as little as four hours using basic automotive tools and a strut spring compressor. A professional alignment is recommended to ensure proper handling and tire wear.

When installing a 3" or taller rear lift on a 2wd Titan the Carrier Bearing Drop Bracket is usually a requirement. This carrier bearing drop bracket is necessary to eliminate a rear driveshaft vibration that is caused by increasing the rear lift height over stock settings. CST offers the nicest and easiest to install carrier bearing spacer kit available. Trust us, if you run a 3" or taller rear lift you'll want this part! Owners of 2008 and newer model year Nissan Titan trucks will require slightly more rear lift than previous model year trucks to achieve a level stance. A 6" front lift will in some cases require at least 4" inches of rear lift to achieve a level stance. Please note, this item will ONLY fit 2wd models!
