CST Performance Suspension 2003 - 2012 Ram 2500 / 3500 3" Lift Blocks # CSB-D14-3. Please note, extended length shocks are also recommended.
CST designed this block kit specifically for 2003 - 2012 model year Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 series trucks. The CST 3" lift blocks have the correct length and width for the factory leaf spring perch. Dodge engineered their leaf spring locating pins to prevent shift under extreme loads. You are out of excuses for running a generic "cast block" on your Ram! Yes these blocks are more expensive than a cast block but if you want to do it the right way this is it.
