The Bilstein 24-317887 replaces the older 24-186367 and F4-BE5-F812-H0 part numbers. The Bilstein 24-317887 is an adjustable spring seat height shock absorber that can provide your 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 with up to four different lift height positions. By re-positioning the lower coil spring seat you can achieve 0" of lift (stock height), a .70" lift, 1.40" lift, 2.10" lift, or 2.8" inches of lift over stock height.

Installation Notes:
Please note that installation of these front shocks will require the use of a spring compressor as you must transfer the factory coil spring over to the Bilstein shock body. This item will NOT fit 2wd models! Will also fit 2019 - 2023 "Classic" Ram models. Not for use on new body style 2019+ trucks.
