These CST CSJ-C18-3 ball joints are direct replacements for the ones used in the CST upper control arm kit used in the 3 and 7 suspension lifts for the 1999+ 2wd Silverado and Sierra 1500 series trucks. These ball joints are designed only for use with CST upper control arms and CST fabricated spindles. Ball joints are priced per piece. For example, one ball-joint costs $79.00, a pair of ball joints will cost $158.00.
