This CST Performance Suspension CSR-3100 Coilover is designed to lift your 2007 or 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Avalanche 1500, Tahoe, Suburban 1500, or Yukon between 0 and 2" inches. This coilover fits both 2wd and 4wd models and is compatible with Stabilitrak equipped vehicles. This CSR-3100 coilover is designed to allow between 0 to 2" inches of lift over stock height. We have a number of customers that have installed this coilover and they really love the improved handling and performance feel that this coilover provides. This coilover is very easy to install (it bolts right on with basic hand tools), and customers rave about how great their truck or SUV looks compared to stock! The CST 0-2" lift coilover kit is designed to improve the factory ride quality while still providing up to 2" inches of suspension lift. The number one issue that customers have with most leveling kits is they don't always level the vehicle. On the GM line of SUV's the front end needs only approximately 1.50" of lift to sit level. The GM pickup trucks however require closer to 2" to sit level front to rear. The major advantage this ADJUSTABLE coilover has over most leveling kits is just that, it is easily ADJUSTABLE between stock height and 2" of lift. That means you can get your GM Truck or SUV sitting EXACTLY how YOU want it! This coilover uses a pair of world famous Eibach coil springs that have a slightly higher spring rate than the stock spring. This increase in spring rate means the vehicle will feel slightly more firm and substantially more stable around corners while still riding smooth over rough roads. When driven off-road, the increased spring rate helps to prevent the frequent bottoming out that is common with the factory spring. Each coilover is built using CNC machined components, feature Parker brand seals and wear components, and Teflon lined spherical bearings for quieter performance and longer life. About The Kit:
The CST coilover will clear up to a 285/70/17 or equivalent size tire on a factory GM wheel when the vehicle is raised the full 2" inches. This CST CSR-3100 coilover is 100% compatible with stock GM wheels and when running larger than stock tires we highly recommend the use of a wheel no wider than 8" inches with close to factory back space. This lift is extremely easy to install, requires no cutting or welding, and can be returned to stock if you need to turn the vehicle in at the end of its lease. The CST coilover is a direct 100% bolt-on replacement for the factory front shock and spring assembly.
