CST Performance Suspension offers a wide range of optional accessories and upgrades for this lift. CST offers a dial shock steering stabilizer system for use with this lift. This item is optional and is generally only necessary when running aggressive off-road tires. Please contact PerformanceLifts.com for additional information. This kit includes everything (less shock absorbers) required to install the 4.5" suspension lift on your 2008 or newer F-250 or F-350 4x4. PerformanceLifts.com recommends the CST series shock absorbers as they provide the best bang for the buck. If you want a shock absorber that screams LOOK AT ME, the Fox 2.0 w/reservoir is the shock for you. We also offer the Fox shock in CHROME! This item will NOT fit 2wd models!
