This spindle lift will provide 3.5" inches of true front suspension lift. This spindle will level most Ram trucks front to rear. With the addition of a 2" or 3" lift coil spring spacer you can achieve a 5.5" to 6.5" lift and have enough clearance to run 35" tires. With 6.5" of lift and 35" tires the 2wd Ram trucks looks really good and still ride like a stock truck. The CST 3.5" lift spindles are sold in a pair and include extended length brake hoses. Additional items are available separately and include the 2" and 3" coil spring spacer, 1" and 3" rear block kits, as well as replacement shock absorbers designed specifically for use with this lift. This spindle isn't cast, it's fabricated from sheet steel and CNC machined parts, welded by hand, and finish machined to ensure it's going to fit right the first time with no modifications necessary to install. This CST 3.5" lift spindle is stronger than the factory piece it replaces. This is one of the few products that we can honestly say will outlast the rest of the truck. This product works best in conjunction with a 2" or 3" coil spring spacer. If all you want to do is level your Ram we recommend the CST 3.5" spindle by itself, no rear lift is required. If you want to run a 35" tire you will need 6.5" inches of front lift and the CST 3" rear lift. These 3.5" lift spindles are for use on 2wd Ram 1500 Mega Cab, all Ram 2500 2wd, and all Ram 3500 2wd trucks. This product will NOT fit any 4x4 models! The CSS-D1-2 lift spindles require the use of aftermarket wheels. The stock Ram wheels have too much back space and the taller spindle neck won't properly clear the factory Dodge wheel. We recommend an aftermarket wheel with no more than 5.00" inches of back space. Do it the right way and run an aftermarket wheel with the correct back space. We do however offer a .500" wheel spacer that will allow the use of the emergency spare tire (stock wheel & tire only!) on the front end, but this is for EMERGENCY USE ONLY! The Mega Cab in the picture is running a 325/65/18 tire. This tire measures out to 35" inches in diameter and about 13" inches wide. If you want to run 35" tires we recommend using a wheel that is 8" or 9" wide. CST does not recommend the use of 10" wide wheels with this lift as it may cause tire clearance issues.
