This CST long travel suspension system is designed to fit all 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Polaris RZR Utility Vehicles. Not for use on RZR-S models! Each CST suspension system includes a set of control arms that are 3" inches wider per side than the stock RZR arms. This increase in track width provides more wheel travel, an increase in stability, and provides a much smoother ride on and off-road. The most frequent question we get is how much wheel travel this kit provides... the answer is an honest 12" inches of travel. Another important benefit that customers love (provided by the wider CST arms) is a 1" to 3" increase in ground clearance. The RZR gains 1" of clearance at hub, and 3" inches of clearance under the differentials and chassis. A growing number of customers are purchasing this kit because they require additional ground clearance for rocks, stumps, and other obstacles found on rougher trails. Without increasing the tire size the CST kit provides 1" to 3" more ground clearance than the stock suspension. This can mean the difference between making it past a difficult obstacle or getting stuck on it. More ground clearance and more wheel travel means better off-road capability and the ability to go where other RZR's can't.

The CST Polaris RZR suspension system also includes a complete set of extended length axle shafts. The replacement axle shafts are made from 4340 Chromoly and are heat treated for increased strength. The axle shafts are longer (and stronger) than stock and are required when increasing the control arm width by 3" inches. PerformanceLifts.com will pull the CV's from your stock axleshafts free of charge when you purchase the CST RZR kit. You must ship your factory axles to us prepaid (insurance is recommended in case they get lost/damaged while in transit), we will then remove the factory CV's from the axle shafts, and install the factory CV's on the extended length CST replacement axleshafts. This service is offered FREE and is only available to customers that purchase their RZR kit from PerformanceLifts.com! If you prefer to perform this CV swap yourself you can either purchase or rent the necessary CV tool from us.

CST knows that customers demand increased strength and have designed and built this kit to be stronger than the stock parts. For that reason CST builds each control arm using a boxed design that increases stiffness and each arm is constructed using 4130 Chromoly (steel) for strength and reliability. CST offers their control arms powdercoated in Red and Black. Please be sure to select the kit color you want when placing your order. Your first color choice may not always be available in stock and we offer the option to select the 1st Available color. That means you will receive the kit that we have in stock at the time of the order. It might be Red, it might be Black. If you MUST have a specific color please select that color, we will call you if there is any delay in shipping your kit.

This CST suspension system was not designed or built to be the widest kit on the market. A Polaris RZR equipped with the CST long travel suspension system will still fit into the back of a full-size pickup truck bed, no trailer required. This is a very big advantage if you must haul your RZR to your riding area and don't want to drag a trailer to do it.

These shocks are NOT included in the base kit but are available for purchase using the selection box located beneath this item description. The stock RZR shocks are low cost pieces that simply cannot match the performance of the Walker Evans Racing shock. The CST kit is 100% complete. CST provides every component necessary to install the suspension system, including a set of CNC machined tie-rod extensions, a set of extended length stainless steel braided front and rear brake hoses. Installation requires between 4 and 6 hours, depending on the installer. There is no welding required to install. This is a 100% bolt-on suspension system.
