: Donahoe Racing Ford Carrier Bearing Drop Shim Kit
This Donahoe Racing carrier bearing drop shim kit is part number 3-37 and is a recommended item for users that have modified the rear suspension on the Ford F250, Ford F350, or Ford Excursion vehicle that has been lifted more than 2 inches over stock height. Please note, this carrier bearing shim kit is for use with the driveshaft supplying power to the rear wheels, it is NOT to be used for any other application. The 3-37 kit includes a number of shims and longer bolts.

Item 3-37 is offered as an option in the Donahoe Racing line of The Edge suspension lifts and will help reduce driveline vibration by lowering the carrier bearing. The shim kit is not a perfect science and may require some tinkering to find the sweet spot. This is because there are LOTS of different rear lift height options and not all trucks are 100% identical. Basically you will add or remove shims to the carrier bearing (raising or lowering it) until you are happy with the results.
