This Explorer ProComp Suspension 6" Lift part number 51017B is designed to fit 2007 and newer Silverado and Sierra trucks built on the new GMT 900 chassis. With 6" of suspension lift a new body style Silverado or Sierra can clear a 35" tire. This system is designed for models that are equipped with AutoTrac. The 51017B lift systems include differential mounts that position the front differential at the correct angle to accommodate the included CV front driveshaft. This ProComp's Stage I system includes all necessary components required to install the lift, it even includes a pair of ES9000 rear shock absorbers. ProComp uses a one-piece cross member and high strength extended steering knuckle design that allows for an easy install that preserves factory steering geometry and alignment specifications. The approximate installation time is 6 to 8 hours. Recommended maximum tire and rim size: 35" x 12.50" on 17"-20" diameter, 8" or 9" wide rims with up to 5.00" backspacing.
