Highly anticipated and well thought out, this Explorer ProComp suspension lift kit for the 2004-2010 Nissan Titan provides ample clearance for 35" tires while maintaining the driving qualities and characteristics that make this truck so appealing. By using the latest in CAD and laser manufacturing technologies, Pro Comp is successful in producing a kit that enhances the off road prowess of the Nissan Titan. The ProComp front and rear cross members are made from bulletproof 3/16" steel that is precision laser cut and CNC finished. Integrated urethane bump stops are featured on the rear cross-member which is forward offset centering the front tire in the fender well for improving tire clearance. The front differential mounting is integrated with the cross-members for easy installation. The front spindles are top quality one-piece cast and CNC machined units. The entire ProComp Nissan Titan 6" suspension lift consists of strong and reliable components built for the long haul.This kit retains the factory alignment cams and ease the alignment procedure and require less ongoing maintenance. The Stage One kit includes front shock assembly spacers and ES Series rear shocks. The Stage Two system features Pro Comp Pro Runner 2 3/4" coil over front shocks and MX6 series rear shocks. The included rear lift is a 3" inch ProComp billet aluminum lift block that have offset centering pins that provide correct wheel and rear axle housing alignment. For those who would prefer a taller 4" rear block, PerformanceLifts.com now offers this as an option at no additional charge. We will remove the 3" block from the kit and replace it with a 4" block. The taller rear block is necessary if a level stance is desired on the newer 2008, 2009, and 2010 model year Titan trucks. Even better, stock wheels and/or spare tire can be used. For 4x4 customers not looking to cut up a brand new truck, this ProComp 6" suspension lift kit requires NO CUTTING OR DRILLING! Precise laser cut parts and components make for a relatively easy install that takes most mechanics about 3-4 hours to complete. Again, on a 4x4 Titan this kit requires no cutting or welding and can be installed using standard tools. On 2x4 models you will need to purchase the required (but sold separately) carrier bearing drop kit. The carrier bearing drop kit DOES require cutting to install! As a bonus the original factory skid plate can be used with this kit. Please note, this kit is available in two different stages, Stage One K6001B and Stage Two K6001BMX. The Stage I kit reuses the factory Nissan front strut and includes ProComp ES series rear shocks.
