The Fabtech Motorsports RZR Long Travel Kit follows in the footsteps of the hugely popular Fabtech Rhino Long Travel Kit. Designed as a complete system, the front control arms feature 1.250" OD .120" wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms are located to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front arms utilize 3/4" teflon lined heim ends at the spindle. Rear upper arms are built with .125" thick steel plate while lower arms are 1.250" OD .120" wall 4130 Chromoly. Rear upper and lower arms utilize Delrin frame bushings. This system increases wheel travel to 13" for aggressive offroad driving. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and increased travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2" heim ends, replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts and control arm frame gusset kit. All components included in this system are finished in a neutral gunmetal gray powdercoat. The heart of this system is Fabtech’s Dirt Logic 2.0 Reservoir equipped Coilover shocks. Fabtech Dirt Logic shocks contain components from Fabtech's race shock line for maximum durability. Extensive shock valving and spring rate tuning was performed to allow for both aggressive high speed offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride for cruising around campsites or slower speed trails. The owner of PerformanceLifts.com spent 2 days at the Imperial Sand Dunes (Glamis) with Fabtech during final shock tuning and can attest to the strength and capability of this Long Travel system. Here's what he has to say about the Fabtech RZR kit... The ride and handling performance difference between a stock RZR and a Fabtech Long Travel equipped RZR is absolutely incredible. In a stock RZR you have to slow down for big whoops and G-outs. In the Fabtech equipped RZR you just stay on the gas and hit whatever is in front of you at full speed and amazingly the suspension just soaks it up. In a few places the difference in approach speed meant the difference between reaching the top of the dune or turning around and seeking an easier line. Once you've driven an RZR with a Fabtech Long Travel kit you'll never want to drive a stock RZR ever again.
