These Fabtech Motorsports FTS1588-7 4" Lift Spindles will help raise your 2wd 1992-1999 Chevrolet Blazer, Suburban or Tahoe a full 4.00 inches over stock height. These spindles even fit the 2wd GMC Yukon! Please note the FTS1588-7 spindles only fit 2wd 1/2 ton or 1500 series vehicles. Fabtech designed this spindle lift to be easy to install and requires no cutting or welding. If you want to return the vehicle back to stock, simply un-bolt the lift spindles and re-install your factory components! This Fabtech FTS1588-7 4" lift spindle is a terrific choice for all-around street performance and for those looking to gain height without sacrificing ride quality. By retaining the stock coilsprings the ride will remain very similar to stock. The FTS1588-7 also increases ground clearance under the front crossmember by four inches over stock! To level the vehicle PerformanceLifts.com suggests a 2" or 3" rear block block and u-bolt kit be used. For those looking to give their GM SUV the prerunner look a shorter 1" or 1.5" block is also available. To complete the installation PLC suggests purchasing aftermarket rear shocks and a rear block and u-bolt kit. Replacement front shocks are also available but are not required to install the 4" lift spindles. All of these items are available separately below using the drop down boxes located beneath this item description. The shocks, blocks, and u-bolts shown in the item picture are NOT included in the base price and must be purchased separately. Wider than stock tires cannot be installed on OEM wheels as they will rub the top of the spindle. When running 15" diameter wheels a maximum back space of 3.75" is recommended. If running a 17" or larger diameter wheel the maximum back space can be increased to 4.00" inches. Maximum tire size suggested for use with this FTS1588-7 4 lift spindle is a 32" diameter on a 15x8 or larger diameter wheel. Please note, wheels wider than 8.00" inches are NOT recommended!
