Fabtech Suburban / Tahoe / Yukon 1500 3" Suspension Lift Kit! This awesome 3 suspension lift kit by Fabtech is designed for 2000-2006 1500 series 2wd Suburban, Tahoe, and Yukon vehicles only! This item also fits the 2001-2006 Avalanche 1500 2wd model! Shortly after the release of the Silverado truck line in 1999, GM introduced a fully revamped line of 1/2 ton SUVs for the 2000 model year. These Chevrolet and GMC SUV's received a torsion bar front suspension with a unique 4-link rear suspension for a smooth ride. GM has further enhanced the ride quality of their SUVs by offering two different rear shock options, standard and Load Leveling. Fabtech offers a 3" rear lift option for vehicles equipped with the AutoRide self-leveling rear system. Youll need to verify which rear suspension your vehicle has before placing your order! The front suspension lift is accomplished using a Fabtech FTS1599-7 3" lift spindle. These Fabtech FTS1599-7 cast lift spindles reuse the stock sway bar and stock control arms. This Fabtech lift also retains the factory torsion bars and settings so that the ride remains as close to stock as possible. Rear lift is using the 3" bracket and coil kit. Please Note:
Wider than stock tires cannot be installed on the factory wheels. Fabtech and PerformanceLifts.com both recommend an aftermarket wheel with a maximum backspacing of 4-5/8 inches be used. The rear lift portion of this kit is available separately and is available in Fabtech Blue only. The OEM front and rear shocks are retained with this kit. This kit includes the following items:
