The Fabtech Motorsports FTS22065BK rear spring hanger kit will provide 3" of lift over stock height and does so using the factory rear leaf springs and block. This is nice for two reasons. First, you retain the same towing and hauling capacity of the stock spring pack. Second, you don't have to run a really tall block that can cause spring wrap issues. The hangers work by dropping the attachment location of the factory leaf spring packs. By lowering the attachment point you receive 3" of suspension lift. Please note, the Fabtech FTS22065BK spring hanger kit is designed for use with 2000 through 2006 4x4 F250 and F350 models only.
