This Fabtech 2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4wd 6" Lift Kit is designed to fit the newest body style Dodge Ram 1500. Here are the basics of this great new Fabtech kit. This Fabtech Motorsports 6 Performance Lift System for new body style 4wd Dodge Ram 1500 trucks fits all 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 models. Unfortunately this kit does NOT work with the All-Wheel-Drive Dodge Ram 1500 trucks! The Fabtech 6 Dodge Ram 1500 4wd 6" lift kit features extended length steering knuckles and arched crossmembers for excellent on and offroad performance. Fabtech even came up with a solution to the pesky factory installed lower control arm bushings. By pre-installing vulcanized rubber bushings into the Fabtech rear crossmember, Fabtech has made installation of their kit MUCH easier and a whole lot faster than just about any other kit on the market! Fabtech didnt stop there... Fabtech also includes a 1/4" thick differential skid plate, impact struts, heavy duty tie rods, torsion bar mounts, and more! Rear lift is accomplished using a block and U-bolt kit and will level most vehicles. This Fabtech 6" kit will clear a 35" diameter tire when mounted on an 8" wide wheel. Please note that wheel back space should not exceed 4.5 inches. Running a taller or wider than stock tire will require aftermarket wheels with less back space than factory wheels, no more than 4.5"!
