This Fabtech Motorsports 6" suspension lift is designed to fit 2006 model year Nissan Frontier Crew Cab 4x4 trucks only. This lift will clear a 315/70/17 tire on a 17x8 wheel with 5.00 inches of back space. Please note, other tire and wheel sizes will fit. Fabtech is simply stating the recommended tire and wheel size.The Fabtech Frontier 6" lift system features Fabtech's proven IFS lift technology with extended length steering knuckles that allow the factory upper control arms to be retained in the stock location while relocating the lower control arms. This allows the use or re-use of aftermarket control arms. The lower control arms are relocated and attached using Fabtech's legendary high arch design crossmembers for superior ground clearance. Fabtech thinks thicker is better, that is why Fabtech subframes use solid 1/4" thick steel construction that provide unsurpassed strength. The factory Frontier spring and shock assembly is reused and this is accomplished via a steel coilover shock spacer system. This helps to retain stock ride characteristics of the vehicle. Because the Fabtech kit is designed to retain the factory strut it is very easy to install a set of aftermarket coilovers to help improve performance on and off-road. The Rack and Pinion remains in the factory location which helps decrease installation time. Also included in this system is a 1/4" thick differential skid plate and impact struts. Rear lift is accomplished using lift blocks and extended length U-bolts. Item Includes:
