Fabtech Motorsports FTS3000-6 upper control arm kit is designed to provide 1994-1999 Dodge Ram 1500 owners with an affordable 3" lift that rides as great as it looks. Please note this Fabtech FTS3000-6 upper control arm lift kit will only fit 2wd Dodge Ram 1500 trucks made between 1994 and 1999. If your Ram is a 2000 or 2001 model you'll need a different arm kit. The 2wd Dodge Ram 1500 trucks look great from the factory... but they look even better after they have been equipped with an awesome looking Fabtech 3" lift kit and larger off-road tires! This item page allows you to mix-n-match components to put together a kit that best suits your needs. PerformanceLifts.com recommends a 1.5" rear block kit when installing the 3" lift springs and control arm kit. Other blocks heights are available! If you want the truck to sit higher in the rear than the front, more like a stock truck looks, a 3" block and u-bolt kit is also available. For those looking to achieve the Southern California look, a 1" block kit is also available. Shocks are available for purchase separately. Fabtech recommends using a 33/12.5R15 tire w/15x8 wheels with no more than 4-5/8 inches of back space (may require minor trimming). Please note that coil springs are now purchased separately from the control arm kit. This is because customers wanted the option to purchase the upper arm kit for use with other existing products. Additional items required to put a complete kit together include front coil springs, front shocks, and some sort of rear block and u-bolt kit and rear shock absorbers.
