Fabtechs roots started in early model Toyota trucks and the tradition continues with the FTS4130-7 Tacoma lift spindle. With the creation of the Toyota Tacoma meant the loss of the torsion bar front suspension. Using their experience in designing coil spring suspensions, Fabtech set out to create a new performance system that takes the already advanced Tacoma suspension one step further. These Fabtech Toyota Tacoma 3" lift spindles will raise the front of your 5-lug 2wd Tacoma a full 3 inches and also increase ground clearance by about the same amount! This added front height provides clearance for larger than stock tires and the off-road clearance you need when the pavement stops.

To put together a complete Toyota Tacoma suspension lift Kit youll want to add either the Fabtech FTS201 rear Add-A-Leaf 1.5" lift or the Fabtech FTS2096 2" rear lift shackles. The Fabtech rear lift shackles are a good choice if you want to retain the stock vehicle ride quality. The Fabtech add-a-leafs are good if you frequently tow or haul and require additional rear spring stiffness. For most customers the lift shackle is a much better riding option! To finish your Toyota Tacoma lift kit youll also want to at the very minimum replace the stock rear shock absorbers. Replacing the fronts is NOT required when installing FTS4130-7 lift spindles. Please note that larger tires cannot be installed on OEM wheels. This is because of tire/wheel clearance issues with the taller than stock lift spindle.
