Fabtech 5" Lift Block Kit - FTSBK52 Looking for a simple and cost effective way to lift the back of your 2004, 2005, 2006 or 2007 F150 2wd or 4wd truck? Well here it is, a simple and effective 5" block lift that has correct 2-pin design specifically for use on the newer 2004+ Ford F-150 trucks. Please note, this is a 2004 model year and newer FORD F-150 only block kit! Most F-150 4x4 trucks already come factory equipped with a 2" block. If you plan on using this block on your 4x4 F150 the increase in height over stock will only approximately 3" inches. The factory Ford block is 2" tall and is replaced by the Fabtech 5" block. On a 2wd F150 this block will provide 5" of lift over stock height... the 2wd F150 is NOT equipped with a factory rear block. Please note:
To install these blocks you will need extended length U-bolts. The factory U-bolts are NOT long enough and MUST be replaced. We recommend the Fabtech FTS737 U-bolt and offer it for purchase separately below. A block lift will only work with vehicles that have leaf springs installed above the rear axle. If you've lowered your F150 by flipping the springs these blocks will NOT work on your vehicle! Item FTSBK52 includes one pair of Fabtech cast iron 5" lift blocks. Fabtech FTS737 U-bolts must be purchased separately and are not included in the block price! Extended length rear shocks will also be required.
