Rancho RS6488 Ford F150 4WD 4" Suspension Lift - 1997-2003 This Rancho RS6488 4" suspension lift is designed to fit all F150 pickup trucks (except the standard cab short bed) made between 1997 and 2003. This kit fits the 2004 Heritage Edition (old body style) and WILL NOT fit the newest 2004 F150 body style. The Rancho RS6488B 4" F-150 suspension lift kit increases ride height a full 4 and allows the use of 33 tall tires without fender modification. The truck displayed in the picture is running a set of 35x12.5x18 BFG Mud Terrain tires mounted on 18x10 Weld EVO Series wheels. This Rancho kit includes precision machined, heavy-duty replacement cast steering knuckles for optimized steering geometry (no ball joint spacers), a fully welded cradle style sub-frame that ensures structural integrity and durability, and heavy-duty torsion bar crossmember relocation brackets. The rear of the F150 is lifted using a standard block and u-bolt kit. Add a set of Rancho 5000, Rancho RSX or Rancho 9000X shock absorbers and youve got a great lift combination that makes the Ford F-150 handle as good as it looks. Lift Kit Footnotes:
