RCD 6" Lift - 2001-2006 1500 Series SUV

If you are looking for one of the best (not to mention easiest to install) kits on the market the RCD 10-41001 6" lift kit is for you. Race Car Dynamics has been building one of the finest 4x4 GM kits for the new 2001+ GM SUVs for years... and over the years their attention to detail and quality construction has proven the kits are as reliable as they are good looking. The major advantage this RCD suspension lift kit has over other similar kits is simplicity. No additional driveshaft is needed for Auto-Trac equipped vehicles because of the unique design that RCD uses. The RCD 6" lift system raises the front of the vehicle a full 6 inches and the rear a full 4 inches. This is done to help level the vehicle and make a good looking SUV look great! Finally... each RCD suspension lift kit includes EVERYTHING necessary for installation.

Kit Features Include:
CNC Machined Replacement Cast Iron Steering Knuckles for Precise Steering Geometry... Fully Machined, T-6 Billet Aluminum Axle Spacers Maintain Proper Axle Lengths... Heavy Duty Two Piece Lower Sub-Frame Assembly and Polished Stainless Steel Twin -Link Anti-Compression Struts Insure Structural Strength and Durability.... CNC Machined, Zinc Plated Billet Steel Sway Bar Links with Over-Size Urethane Bushings Optimize Sway Bar Geometry and Function... RCD Gator Black Polyurethane Powder Coat Finish for Lasting Good Looks... Grade 8 Hardware for Reliability... Four Custom Matched Bilstein Monotube Gas Pressure Shocks for Maximum Performance and Ride Characteristics

Please note that kit is now only sold with the Silver and Black Bilstein 5100 series shock absorbers! No drive shaft modifications are neccessary for installation. This RCD 10-41001 kit requires aftermarket wheels that have less back space than the factory wheels. If running a 16" diameter wheel RCD recommends the wheel have no more than 4.5 inches of back space. If running a 17" or larger diameter wheel, wheel back space must not exceed 4.75 inches. This kit is designed to clear a 33x12.5 tire. If you want to run a 35x12.5 tire trimming will be required! Please be sure to select the correct rear lift option when placing your order. There are two different rear suspension systems used on the GM SUVs. The standard coilspring and shock system or the Auto Ride air system. You must know which rear system your vehicle has BEFORE placing your order.
