Rancho QuickLift part number RS999792 is designed to fit all 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Ford F-150 pickup trucks. This product is designed to fit both 2wd and 4wd models. Please note, this item will not work on 2004 Heritage Edition F-150 trucks built on the older chassis and body design. The Rancho QuickLIFT shock absorber features a nitrogen gas-charged tri-tube patented mono-flow design and myRIDE tuning system, allowing for remote or manual nine-position adjustability.
