The rack & pinion is also protected by sturdy cross members that link together an integrated 2-piece 4-point skid plate. The included Skyjacker exclusive re-indexing ring and seal adapter also mean there is no replacement or modification necessary to the front drive shaft with this kit. This kit includes a standard 4.5 tall rear block and U-bolt kit. This is sufficient rear lift to level most trucks.
