Donahoe Racing's 3" Lift Leveling Kit for 1999.5-2004 Super Duty and 2000-2005 Excursion vehicles. Ford F250 and F350 SuperDuty and Excursion owners pay attention - its easy to dismiss the 3-3099 kit as just another lift kit. It might look similar to other kits but believe us when we say its hands down better than the rest! This kit has been developed and tested on trucks in deserts of Baja Mexico. The same kit that Off-Road Race teams rely on are now available in a bolt-on kit for the 4wd Ford SuperDuty and Excursion. This 3" lift kit is sold as a leveling kit because it levels the front of the truck with the rear. Each Donahoe Racing suspension lift is built from the ground up to be bulletproof and this kit is no exception. Improved performance and a more aggressive stance will give your 4x4 the look it deserves and the ride you and your passengers want! Donahoe Racing starts with laser cut pieces to ensure a precise fit and finishes up with some of the prettiest and strongest welds you'll ever see in a production lift kit. This is NOT a cheapo mass production kit. You pay more and you get more when you buy Donahoe Racing products, simple as that. Yes, this lift kit is super strong and it rides great... but the real beauty of the DRE 3-3099 spring hanger kit is it allows the stock springs to be reused and makes for a super easy installation. The best feature, this lift actually improves upon the stock ride. This 3" lift system will in most cases level the F350 Super Duty trucks front to rear, giving enough room to clear 305/75R16 tires. If you own a 1999.5-2004 F250 Super Duty you might need a 1" rear block kit to properly level the truck. Your mileage may vary. Ford Excursion owners wanting to level their SUV generally run the 3" front lift and a 2" rear block kit. Excursion SUV's don't sit as low in the front compared to the F-250 and F-350 trucks. PerformanceLifts.com recommends all customers measure the difference in front to rear height before selecting a rear block kit as F-250, F-350, and Excursion heights do vary. If you want to lift your vehicle and retain the factory look, (higher in the rear) a taller rear block kit should be used. This Donahoe Racing Super Duty lift system comes complete with BULLETPROOF spring hanger brackets and replacement front shackles. With no change in spring rate and the optional Bilstein 5100 or Donahoe Signature series shock absorbers, the ride quality cannot be beat. This DRE system is very plush and extremely drivable in the corners. This Donahoe Racing will level out your vehicle giving it a great look while still maintaining the factory tow ratings. Bilstein shock absorbers are included as standard with the kit. PerformanceLifts.com now offers the option of running upgraded Donahoe Racing Signature series shock absorbers. The Donahoe Signature series shock is the best riding shock we offer for this lift, better than the Bilstein but more expensive. Our advice? Buy the best the first time and thank yourself later. The Edge offers their dual front shock kits for this kit and they are available separately below. An adjustable pan rod bar is available for 1999.5-2004 trucks and 2000-2005 Excursion vehicles only and is highly recommended. The adjustable pan rod bar allows you to easily adjust the position of the front axle under the vehicle and get it properly centered. All rear block kits are purchased separately and are available for those customers that don't necessarily want a level looking truck or SUV.
