Horizontal Omni-Link Connector The Vision X S1100 LED is housed in a rugged die-cast aluminum housing for optimum durability and heat dissipation. The housings are IP68 rated so that they're impenetrable to dust and submersible under water up to 9' feet. The unbreakable polycarbonate lenses are housed by a 6061 aluminum face plate which doubles as a radiant heat sink to melt away snow and ice in frigid conditions. The S1103W LED has been subjected to a 14Grms vibration test to ensure their performance in high impact conditions. That means on road, off-road, or no road, the Vision X Solstice Solo can take whatever you can dish out! The Vision X Solstice S1103W LED puts out 900 lumens wihile only drawing .83 amps, making it the most efficient off-road light on the market. And unlike HID's which require warm-up time, LED's light up immediately with only a flick of a switch. Please note, this is the Vision X XIL-S1103W ELLIPTICAL BEAM light with the WHITE housing. The 15*/45* degree ELLIPTICAL BEAM is a more focused beam pattern. The output is 45* degrees wide and 15* degrees tall when mounted upright. If mounted 90* off vertical the beam will be 45* degrees tall and only 15* degrees wide. This style beam pattern is comparable to a traditional driving beam.
