customers in Canada for over a decade. We appreciate our
customers in Canada and try very hard to make shipping
to Canada as easy as possible. We carry a very wide
range of products that vary in both size and weight. For
this reason, most shipments to Canada require a human
calculated shipping quote as our website cannot
automatically generate this information.

of delivery services to customers located in Canada and
this page is designed to help answer frequently asked
questions. Payment:
All prices listed on our website are in US Dollar (USD)
format. All orders must be pre-paid before they will be
processed. PerformanceLifts.com accepts Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, and
Bank Wire Transfer. Please note: Personal checks,
business checks, and money orders are NOT accepted
methods of payment!
Free Shipping:
A number of products are now shipping to Canada for
FREE via standard ground delivery services. This does
NOT mean ALL products ship to Canada for free. Items
that ship for free to Canada will say so in their
product description. Please note that
PerformanceLifts.com is NOT responsible for any import
taxes, VAT or local fees your international order may
incur. PerformanceLifts.com is NOT responsible for any
fees collected by customs brokers. The purchaser is
responsible for all fees once the order crosses over the
border into Canada. Please contact the Canada Border

Shipping Methods:
PerformanceLifts.com uses a number of different
shipping companies to deliver orders to Canada. Smaller
items that weigh 50lbs or less can usually be shipped
using the US Postal Service. This is generally the least
expensive way to get goods from the USA to Canada. Most
items larger than 50lbs are shipped using UPS, FedEx,
DHL, or BAX Global. Truck freight shipments are normally
sent using Con-Way, UPS Freight, or BAX Global. Please
note that each company may use a different customs
broker to ensure your shipment clears Canada Customs.
PerformanceLifts.com does not calculate or collect these
fees - these are the purchasers responsibility!
Delivery Time:
When you place an order with PerformanceLifts.com we
do everything we can to ensure your order is processed
and shipped quickly. Most orders are processed within
1-2 business days from the date they are received.
Special orders and truck freight shipments to Canada may
take longer. If an order will require an extended delay
prior to shipping a PerformanceLifts.com sales
representative will contact you. The actual time
necessary to deliver your order will depend upon the
level of service you select and the distance to the
destination. Shipping to Canada may also be delayed due
to customs clearance, weather, and a number of other
factors beyond our control.
Truck Freight Delivery:
For items that ship by truck freight a custom
freight quote will be required. Our website does not
calculate truck freight quotes automatically. We ask
that all customers contact us before placing an order.
Shipment of certain products can be very expensive due
to their size and weight. When the item is ready for
delivery, the freight company will call you to schedule
a delivery time. For this reason, please be sure to
provide your daytime phone number when placing your
order. The freight company MUST be able to contact you
when the order has arrived. You should obtain the
freight company's phone number in case you need to
change the delivery time. For most freight items,
delivery is "to the curb." The driver is not responsible
for carrying the package into your home or business.
Please arrange for help to move it if needed, and please
be sure someone is available to sign for the delivery at
the scheduled time. We ask that you always inspect your
package for damage before signing for the delivery. If
the package is damaged but the merchandise looks
unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts
before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent
the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery
and call our Customer Service department at +1

you've accepted delivery, please call our Customer

days of receiving the shipment. We may be able to
resolve the problem without requiring you to return the
item. You should retain all packing material until
you're completely satisfied with the condition of your
purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the
item if necessary. If you wish to return or exchange an

Changing Shipping Information After You Place an
Order:
We will do everything we can to ensure your order is
delivered to the correct address. To make sure of this,
we ask that you please double check that the address you
provide with your order is correct. It is extremely
difficult to change the shipping information once you
submit your order. We process orders very quickly and
once an order begins the fulfillment process it can
become impossible to change the shipping information
once your order leaves our warehouse. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause and we hope that in the
majority of cases our faster processing times work to
