Browsing
To browse our shop, first select the category of
products from the buttons on the left-hand side
of the screen; you will then see a listing of
the products available for sale. |

Search for Products
If you know the name of the item that you are
looking for, type your key word or phrase into
the search text box and select "search".
The website will automatically find all matches
for the words you entered and return them as a
list of links, rather like the product category
pages.The Search and Category buttons are
available throughout the website, so you don't
need to go back to the home page to find other
items that you are interested in. |

Select a Product
Select the more info button found at the
end of the short description to see a page that
features more details, including a longer
description and photograph of the selected
product. |

How to Order
When reviewing products, you can add items that
you are interested in to the shopping basket;
you can remove some or all of them at any time.
To add an item, select the button "Buy Now"
- this puts the item you selected into the
basket. By default, the basket assumes the
quantity of any item is "1" but you can change
this at any time by typing in the number you
want into the text area.

When you change the quantity you also need to
select the "Recalculate" button to show
you the sub-total of the items in your basket.
When you have finished adding items to the
cart and are ready to check out, simply click on
the "Check Out" button. This walks you
through the process in five easy steps. You can
choose to cancel your order, or go back to
change your order details, at any time. You can
easily review what items are in your basket by
clicking on the "Cart" button at the top
of the screen at any time.

To view shipping and handling charges you will
need to click on the "Checkout" button. Shipping
and handling charges are calculated based on
your location and shipping method. To view the
shipping charge you will need to enter the "Zip/Postal
Code." After you have entered the
Zip/Postal Code you will need to click on
the recalculate button to update the shipping
charge information. Once you have clicked the "Recalculate"
button you will need to select your preferred
method of shipping. All of this can be done
without entering any personal or payment
information. |

How to Pay
The preferred method of order payment is with
either a credit card or debit card that is
linked with either Visa or MasterCard. Other
methods of payment are available and include
PayPal and check or postal order.Paying by
Credit or Debit Card
It is perfectly safe to use a credit card
because our secure server software encrypts all
your personal information including the credit
or debit card number, your name and address, so
that it cannot be read as the information
travels over the Internet. None of our customers
have ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or
debit card as a result of making purchases from
PerformanceLifts.com.
Paying by check or postal order
If you don't want to use your credit card on
the Internet, you must first e-mail
orders@performancelifts.com and get
authorization to pay using an alternate method.
Please note: your order will NOT ship
until personal/business checks or money
orders/postal orders have been verified and
approved by our bank. If the check is declined
your order will not be filled and you will be
notified.
When you submit your order you will receive
an email from PerformanceLifts.com confirming
your order payment details. |

Account Details
Returning customers can login by clicking on
either the "Log In" or "Customer
Service" button at the top of the screen.
Doing this will allow you to view the status of
orders placed on previous visits, and see
if/when your order was shipped. Please refer to
My Account. If you have forgotten your User
ID or Password, please e-mail
