Ordering an item from PerformanceLifts.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States of America or Canada. PerformanceLifts.com requests customers located outside the US or Canada to contact Orders@PerformanceLifts.com for more information. Available Shipping Methods: PerformanceLifts.com offers most services provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. The actual method used is normally pre-determined by PerformanceLifts.com personnel. If you require that an order be delivered via a specific shipping company, or if you require a level of service not listed on the website, we request you contact us before placing your order so we can verify the availability and costs involved.

Delivery Time: When you place an order with PerformanceLifts.com we do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped quickly. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are received. Special orders can and do take longer and if an order will require an extended delay prior to shipping a PerformanceLifts.com sales representative will contact you. The actual time necessary to deliver your order will depend upon the level of service you select. Please remember however that PerformanceLifts.com can experience a 1 or 2 business day delay in getting the order shipped. For example, if you place an order on a Monday it is possible the order will not ship out until Wednesday. Most orders however do ship within 24 hours.

Calculating Cost: Shipping costs for orders from PerformanceLifts.com depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found by adding the items to the shopping cart and then viewing your cart. These weights are approximate as PerformanceLifts.com generally charges the customer LESS than the actual rate we pay. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Tracking orders in transit: PerformanceLifts.com is currently working on improving the tracking system. At present there may be a 24-48 hour delay from the time some orders are shipped to the time the tracking number is available for viewing online. This is because PerformanceLifts.com ships from multiple warehouses and the system updates are at best done on a daily basis. The tracking number system is different depending on the carrier and level of service used. For more information with tracking your order please contact Orders@PerformanceLifts.com

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is normally via UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air service. For customers not wanting to pay the high price for these shipping services we can send certain orders via USPS, however we recommend you contact us prior to placing your order so we can determine availability and costs. When contacting us please be sure to include your ship to ZIP code.
