CST 2014 - 2016 Silverado & Sierra 2wd Extended Travel # CSK-C1-9-1

CST Performance Suspension Mid Travel Suspension System # CSK-C1-9-1 fits 2014, 2015 and 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 series 2wd trucks. Please note that this item will NOT fit any 4x4 models. CST includes a set of their fabricated steel 3.5" Lift Spindles. Each spindle is constructed using laser cut 1/4" plate steel that is then professionally welded and machined to ensure proper fitment and strength. With the fabricated plate steel design the track width increase is kept to a minimum. CST then replaces the factory shock and spring assembly with a set of their Dirt Series 2.5 Coilovers. The CST Dirt Series coilover is adjustable and can provide up to 2.5" inches of suspension lift. When you combine the 3.5" Lift Spindles and the 2.5" Lift Coil overs you get a total of 6" inches of front suspension lift. To make sure the lift performs as good as it looks, CST also includes a set of their Pro-Joint Equipped Tubular Steel Upper Control Arms. These control arms allow for an increased amount of rebound suspension travel which helps improve the ride and handling both on road and off. And to finish off the kit CST includes a set of DOT approved braided stainless steel front brake hoses and all necessary installation hardware.

Tire & Wheel Information:
CST recommends the use of up to a 35" tall tire on 8.5" wide wheels with 5.00" inches of back space. Other tire and wheel combinations may fit however test fitting is MANDATORY. There's nothing worse than buying a tire and wheel combo that doesn't fit. If you need help selecting the correct tire and wheel package please contact us when placing your order.

There are a few recommended items that may be necessary to achieve the look or stance you want. A rear lift and rear shock absorbers are the most commonly added items. Please note that these items are NOT included in the CSK-C1-9-1 part number but are available for purchase using the selection boxes located above this item description near the ADD TO CART button.

Important Rear Lift Information!
The Silverado and Sierra 1500 2wd trucks come equipped with a factory 1.250" tall rear block. That means if you replace the factory 1.25" tall block with a 3" block the actual amount of lift will be approximately 1.75" inches over stock height. Installation of a 4" block (replacing the factory block) will yield 2.75" inches of lift over stock height. We also offer the Deaver Spring Company "J1" Mini Packs that replace the factory overload spring. These J1 Mini Packs can provide up to 3" inches of lift and are designed to be used with or without the factory 1.250" block.
