ICON Vehicle Dynamics Toyota Tundra Stage 2 Kit # K53032. This suspension system is designed for use on on all 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 Toyota Tundra 2wd and 4x4 pickup trucks. ICON builds their coilovers and shock absorbers in house to very strict specifications and build quality requirements. ICON offers quite simply the finest riding and handling replacement shocks you can bolt-on. The Stage 2 System features front coilovers equipped with 2.5" diameter shock bodies, vehicle specific coil springs with a 15% higher spring rate than stock, and rod ends on both ends to allow a bind free range of motion as the suspension cycles. The rear suspension is improved using the ICON Expansion Pack to provide a more progressive spring rate which rides much smoother on rough roads. To better control the rear suspension ICON includes a set of custom valved 2.0 Series shock absorbers.

The included ICON Progressive 3-Leaf Pack upgrade (part # 51100) replaces the factory overload spring. By replacing the factory overload leaf with three additional thin leafs the entire factory Leaf Spring Pack is changed to be much more progressive and smoother riding both on road and off. Please note that removal of the factory overload spring may allow the rear suspension to sag more when towing or hauling heavy loads.

PerformanceLifts.com recommends that 4wd Tundra owners do not go above 2.0" of lift over factory height - excessive lift can cause damage to the CV boots and cause premature CV wear and/or failure. The ICON 58620 coilovers included with this Stage 2 system can be used with the factory upper control arms. If you plan on upgrading to aftermarket upper control arms we recommend considering the purchase of the 58625 coilover instead. The 58625 is the ICON Extended Travel coilover that provides improved off-road and rough road performance when paired with an aftermarket upper cotnrol arm capable of operating at steeper angles. Both the standard and extended travel coilovers will fit all 2wd and 4wd Tundra trucks.
