Superlift 2012-2018 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD 4" Lift # K1019

Superlift 4" Suspension Lift # K1019 fits 2012 - 2018 Ram 1500 4x4 trucks. The Superlift K1019 kit includes a factory strut spacer kit. This K1019 lift is the least expensive and easiest to install of the two available Superlift lifts. With the K1019 version the factory front strut is relocated using strut spacers. This means that front strut disassembly is not necessary. The Superlift Kit # K1019B includes Bilstein replacement front strut cylinders, which noticeably improve handling at higher speeds, and Bilstein 5100 series rear shocks. The K1019B kit with the Bilstein shocks is more expensive and more difficult to install. The benefit is the Bilstein shock absorbers performance both on and off-road is much better than the standard K1019 version.

The factory rear coil spring and 4-link equipped rear suspension has allowed Superlift to design a system that has been able to retain an exceptionally good ride quality and control both on and off-road. While the front is lifted 4" inches over stock height, Superlift raises the rear of the truck approximately 3" inches over stock height. The Superlift rear lift design allows owners to retain the Ram 1500's "best in class" ride comfort. Some argue that Superlift is actually able to improve upon the factory ride with the use of their Dual Rate coil springs. The included Superlift Superide Dual Rate rear coil springs provide ideal ride, handling and load carrying capability. Dual Rate simply means the amount of force necessary to compress the spring varies and is softer initially and gets more firm as the spring compresses. This coil spring design allows the rear suspension to absorb little bumps in the road and as the bumps get bigger the higher rate of the Dual Rate spring prevents bottoming out. This K1019 kit also includes new bracketry that relocates the factory rear 4-link, anti-sway bar links, brake lines and the track bar. To finish off the rear portion of this lift the Superlift K1019 kit includes a pair of Superlift "Shadow" rear shock absorbers.

On this CAD designed, replacement knuckle system, laser-cut bracketry relocates the front lower control arms and differential, and a 1/4" thick belly pan protects the differential while further increasing overall rigidity. The Superlift steering knuckles yield the best possible alignment specs. The front track width is not increased and the factory turning radius is retained

Outdoorsman Edition
The Superlift 4" suspension lift will fit the Dodge Outdoorsman Edition. Additional Superlift components are needed if using the strut spacer lift version, so please contact PerformanceLifts.com before placing your order. Note that the Outdoorsman factory ride height is approximately 1" taller than the standard models, so you will gain 1" less lift than advertised. Once lifted, the regular Ram 1500 and the Ram 1500 Outdoorsman Edition ride height is the same.

The Superlift K1019 4" lift kit will provide sufficient clearance for up to a 35" diameter tire. Superlift recommends an 18" or larger diameter wheel be used with this lift. Wheels should not have more than 5.00" inches of back space when running 18" diameter wheels and no more than 5.50" inches of back space when running 20" or larger diameter wheels.
