Total Chaos Fab Ford F150 Upper Control Arm Kit # 80510. This Chaos Fab UCA Kit is designed to fit 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 model year Ford Raptor truck. Total Chaos developed a tapered spindle adapter that allows the kit to be 100% bolt on and eliminates the need to drill out the spindle taper to perform the installation. Stock length 4130 chromoly upper control arms replace the factory arms. TC eliminated the factory ball joint and incorporated a 1" Teflon lined Uniball for maximum travel. The Total Chaos Fab 80509 UCA is designed to work in tandem with an aftermarket leveling kit, suspension lift, or performance coilover shock package and is designed to increase off road and street performance while allowing the installation of up to a 37" tall tire on a 2wd or 4wd truck (wheel back spacing is critical).

TOTAL CHAOS includes high quality Grade 8 hardware, tapered spindle adapters, urethane bushings & inner sleeves, heat treated hi-misalignment spacers, 1" Teflon lined Uniball's, and powder coated control arms in this kit. Installing the UCA system with other suspension manufacturers applications that retain factory control arm and mounting locations can be performed. The Total Chaos Fab 80510 arm kit is NOT compatible with standard F150 trucks unless you have performed a Raptor swap with the lower control arm as well.
