Bilstein Part # 46-276810 is designed for use on 2017 - 2023 Ford F250 4x4 and F350 4x4 trucks. This Bilstein B8 5112 suspension kit is a high performance leveling kit which provides more ground clearance, allows for larger tires, and increases wheel travel. The Bilstein B8 5112 suspension kit is for front applications and consists of (2) B8 5100 shock absorbers combined with (2) matched coil springs. This simple yet effective kit will bolt into the factory locations with no modifications. The Bilstein B8 5112 suspension kit provides a smooth and stable ride both on and off-road.
Installation Notes: Bilstein includes printed installation instructions with this kit. Attention DIY Installers *** YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS *** This seems like a no-brainer but a number of customers have damaged their brake hoses by NOT following some very simple instructions. If you can't read the installation guide go ask your mom for some crayons and you can color it in instead. NOT FOR USE ON 2WD MODELS!
