General Shipping Information:
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States of America and Canada. PerformanceLifts.com requests that customers requesting delivery outside the US or Canada to please contact Orders@PerformanceLifts.com for shipping rates before placing an order.
Available Shipping Methods:
PerformanceLifts.com offers most services provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. The final shipping method used may be selected by PerformanceLifts.com personnel. If you require that an order be delivered via a specific shipping company, or if you require a certain level of service not available via the website, we request that you contact us before placing an order so that we can verify the availability and costs involved.
Delivery Time:
When you place an order with PerformanceLifts.com we do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped accurately and quickly. Most orders are processed within 1 business day from the time it is received. Special orders can take longer. If any order will require an extended delay prior to shipping a Performance Lifts representative will contact you. The actual time necessary to deliver your order will depend upon the level of service you select and the distance from the origin and destination.
Calculating Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates for orders depend upon the size of the item, weight, destination and the shipping method chosen. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. PerformanceLifts.com in most cases charges the customer LESS for shipping than the actual rate we pay.
Tracking Shipments:
Tracking information is generally made available via email and also accessible via our website. At present there may be a 1-2 business day delay from the time an order is shipped to the time the tracking number is available for viewing online. This is because Performance Lifts may in certain cases ship from more than warehouse location and the tracking system updates are in some cases performed after normal business hours. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii:
PerformanceLifts.com has over 25 years of experience shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Smaller items can be shipped using US Postal Flat Rate boxes to reduce shipping costs. Larger items can be shipped Ocean Freight if necessary. Performance Lifts has partnered with Aloha Freight Forwarders to be able to provide affordable Dock to Dock and Dock to Door delivery service to our customers in Hawaii. We try very hard to provide you with the least expensive shipping options currently available. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii can vary greatly and we highly recommend that you contact us if you have shipping rate related questions.
