CST 1999-2006 Silverado & Sierra 1500 2wd 7" Lift # CSK-G7-3 is designed for use on coil spring front suspension equipped Crew Cab trucks. CST Performance 7" Suspension Lift System will fit 1999-2006 and 2007 Classic Silverado and Sierra 1500 series trucks. Please note this particular lift package has a unique rear block and is designed for Crew Cab models only. This kit is for use on front coil spring equipped trucks only and it will NOT fit any Torsion Bar models. The CST 7" Lift features new tubular upper control arms with new large taper equipped UniBalls, new fabricated steel 4" Lift Spindles, 3" Lift Coil Springs, 3" Fabricated Rear Lift Block Kit, Extended Length U-bolts, and all fasteners and hardware required to install the kit are included.

Shock Absorbers

Front and Rear shocks are NOT included with this CST # CSK-G7-3 suspension lift system. Performance Lifts highly recommends the installation of Bilstein 5100 Series front and rear shocks for use with this suspension lift. Shocks are sold separately and are available for purchase using the selection boxes located above this item description.

Tire & Wheel Information:

Wheel backspacing must not exceed 4.50" inches on 16" wheels and 4.75" on 17" wheels! Stock wheels will NOT work with this lift kit! CST recommends the use of a 33" or 34" diameter tire or metric equivalent. Use of WIDE wheels and WIDE tires may require the use of smaller diameter tires to prevent rubbing when turning.

People have been asking what exactly is the advantage of the larger taper used in the CST control arms. The answer is simple... SIZE! The larger taper size used in the CST 2wd Silverado and Sierra lift kits are larger and stronger than the factory sized ball-joints. The larger taper lasts longer and are able to withstand more off-road punishment. Another major advantage the CST upper arm design has over other manufacturers is the use of a Sealed Top Cap design. The Sealed Top Cap increases uniball life by keeping dirt and grime from building up on the top of the uniball. Larger and heavier off-road tires place extra stress on the upper control arm and the CST design helps to increase the strength and reliability of this area. The money you spend buying the best the first time might just prevent you from spending considerably more repairing a cheaper kit in the future.
