CST 1999-2006 Silverado & Sierra 4" Spindle Lift # CSS-C1-2

CST Performance Suspension 1999-2006 Silverado and Sierra 1500 2wd Lift Spindle Kit # CSS-C1-2. By retaining the stock coil springs CST is able to maintain a stock like ride that is excellent for those that really rack up the freeway or highway miles. Need more than 4" of lift? Good news, you can easily and safely add a 1" or 2" lift Daystar urethane spring spacer and put together a complete 5" or 6" suspension lift for less than a $1000.00 bucks!

If the budget requires it this spindle lift has the ability to retain the stock front shocks too! Please note that front shock absorbers are not included as they are not required. Front and rear shocks can be purchased separately if desired. If your budget allows Performance Lifts highly recommends the stock shocks be replaced when installing the CST spindle lift. The stock shocks on most trucks of this age are worn out and ready for replacement. Now is a great time to upgrade! A performance shock absorber will considerably improve the handling and ride of a lifted vehicle. Spending a little more money on shocks might be difficult to justify but it's actually money very well spent. Even if you never take your truck off-road, purchasing a good shock absorber will still provide you with a very good street ride.

The rear of your Silverado or Sierra 1500 can be lifted using a block and u-bolt kit. PerformanceLifts.com offers a number of different rear block heights that allow you to get your truck sitting exactly how you want it. A 2" rear block kit will level most Silverado or Sierra trucks with the 4" spindle lift installed up front. Some customers may want to consider a 3" rear block if they prefer the rear of their truck to sit ever so slightly higher than the front. When running the 5" or 6" combined lift (spindles and urethane spring spacers) a taller 3" or 4" block height is required to level the truck.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

This spindle is also used in the CST 7" suspension lift kit. For this reason CST uses a larger than stock ball-joint taper with this spindle. What does this mean to you? It means this spindle lift includes the CST Ball-Joint Taper Adapter Sleeve Kit # CSS-C12-3. By doing this it allows you to upgrade to a CST upper control arm kit later on down the road by simply removing the taper sleeve adapters and running the larger (and stronger) CST joint. These spindles are 100% compatible with the CST 3" lift upper control arm and coil spring lift kit!

Tire & Wheel Information:

Wheels must not have more than 4.50 inches of back space. Stock wheels will NOT work with these CST lift spindles unless you install wheel spacers.
