This Deaver Spring Company Leaf Spring Pack # L84HD has been re-designed for use on the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 model year Ford Raptor SVT Trucks. Deaver had to make changes to the dimensions of the leaf spring pack to work properly on the new Raptor. The previous leaf packs from the previous generation Raptor will NOT fit the new trucks. Deaver is proud to offer a true full replacement pack for the factory Ford rear springs found on the Ford SVT F150 Raptor. Deaver offers two different Rear Leaf Spring Lift Height options. The Deaver L84HD is a +3" Spring Pack that provides approximately 1" of lift when the factory 2" block is removed. Read this again... when you install the Deaver L84HD +3" Spring Pack and remove the factory 2" lift blocks (a popular modification) you gain 1" of rear suspension ride height. This spring pack will provide your Raptor with much improved rough road performance over the factory spring packs. If you retain the factory 2" block this +3" Deaver L84HD pack will increase the rear suspension ride height by approximately 3" inches over stock.

THIS IS THE "HD" VERSION OF THE L84!

Deaver recognized that Raptor owners needed a Heavy Duty version of the standard L84 pack. This L84HD pack is designed to better support up to 500 lbs of additional weight. This makes the L84HD the perfect addition for a Raptor that hauls race gear such as additional spare tires, fuel dump cans, tool boxes, etc. The L84HD is also a good option if you use your Raptor to tow trailers. The additional weight carrying capacity of the HD spring packs provide a more level stance (less squat) when additional weight is placed over the rear of the truck. This pack still performs very good on and off-road when loaded. If you aren't sure if the L84 or L84HD pack is correct for your intended use we'd be happy to talk it over with you.

Installation Note:

Installation is made easier if you cut the factory front spring pivot bolt. Cutting this bolt allows it to be removed without having to drop the gas tank. A pair of replacement 18mm pivot bolts are included with this Deaver L84HD Leaf Spring Kit.
