Explorer Pro Comp 2007-2021 Tundra 4" Suspension Lift # K5079B

Explorer Pro Comp designed their 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra 4" Suspension Lift System # K5079B to be as easy as possible to install. This 4" lift installs without any cutting of the factory cross members and provides sufficient clearance for 35" tires when installed on the correct size wheel. Please note, removal of the factory mud flaps may be necessary to clear 35" tires! CNC machined extended steering knuckles are used to keep the rack-and-pinion steering unit in the factory location. The ProComp steering knuckles combined with heavy duty one-piece lower cross members provide performance, durability, and ease of installation that Tundra owners demand. Computer assisted engineering allowed ProComp to design this kit in such a way that proper CV axle angles are maintained. The design allows the full range of compression and extension travel without causing any binding of the upper or lower control arm ball joints. This ProComp K5079B kit is also 100% compatible with VSC - Toyota's electronic Vehicle Stability Control system.

Wheel Sizing
The ProComp 4" lift will allow the use of 35" tires when mounted on 20" diameter wheels up to 9" wide. Please note, when running 20" diameter wheels ProComp recommends that the back space be between 5.75" and 6.18" inches. An 8" to 9" wide wheel will allow a 35" to clear better than a 10" or wider wheel will. Please note, wheel sizing is VERY important with this lift! This lift is NOT compatible with wheels smaller than 20" inches in diameter.

The approximate installation time is 6-8 hours by a certified mechanic. ProComp does recommend a professional install this lift.
