This LSK Suspension System # LSK1102 is designed for use on 1996-2006 Silverado and Sierra 1500 4wd Vehicles. Installation of this product requires extension modification of your truck that needs to be performed by a professional or at the very minimum someone that is VERY competent with a welder. You must remove the factory front shock mounts and will need to weld either your own shock hoop system up or purchase as an additional component the LSK Shock Hoop Kit. Coilovers are NOT included with the LSK1102 kit. Axle shafts are NOT included with the LSK1102 kit. Think of the LSK1102 as the foundation on which everything else will be installed onto.

Additional Items Required!
Extended brake lines will need to be installed and properly bled before the front brakes will work again. Stock hoses are WAY TO SHORT. You can buy LSK's for $80 for the pair or you can provide your own. You may need to reroute or extend the factory wheel sensor line. Failure to do this can cause expensive damage and a loss of ABS. Coilovers are NOT included in kit. Bypass shocks are NOT included in kit. If you want functioning 4x4 you will need to purchase the LSK / RCD Extended Axle Shafts & 930 Inner CV kit. The LSK Extended Axle Kit utilizes RCV extended axle shafts and RCV 930CV Inner CV's with adapter plates and a boot kit - OEM outer CV joints and boots are re-used.

Installation / Shock Fitment:
Welding is required! This is not a bolt on system and will require proficient knowledge in fabrication to perform the installation! This particular kit uses an 8" 2.5" coilover and a 8" 3.0" or 2.5" 3-Tube bypass, a larger bypass can be run but it will require a custom tube layout. The coilovers require a very specific build to fit properly. If you want to try to save a buck by using your own coilovers please contact the LSK sales team to make sure the configuration you have will work with their kit. Chances are it WON'T and you'll be sad. Don't go buy a set of shocks on Craigslist or Race-Dezert and assume they will fit. They probably won't! The shock hoop is  listed as an option because most installers will design and fabricate an engine cage that will require a specific shock hoop shape and layout. Some guys buy the LSK Shock Hoop Kit and use it as a base to build a semi-custom engine cage off of. The optional LSK Shock Hoops are contructed out of 1 1/2" .120 wall DOM tubing

KING Shock Availability:
The Coilover/Bypass lead time depends soley on King Shock Technologies. Typical lead time can be anywhere from 8-10 weeks on standard King blue finishes. Longer (sometimes MUCH longer) on custom finishes.
