This Superlift 9636 drive shaft is equipped with a Dual Cardan style joint at the transfer case side that is able to operate without binding at higher angles than the factory Ford drive shaft. The Superlift 9636 drive shaft is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for use on lifted Ford Ranger and Explorer (and Sport Trac) vehicles that are experiencing excessive factory front driveshaft wear and/or failure. If you own a Superlift 3-4" Lift and are tired of replacing the factory front drive shafts with "junk yard" takeoffs this is your solution! This Superlift driveshaft includes new transfer case side installation hardware. The front differential U-Joint hardware will be reused and is not included.
