BD 2011 - 2016 Ford F150 3.5L EcoBoost Manifold Kit # 1043001

BD Diesel replacement exhaust manifold kit for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 model year Ford 3.5L EcoBoost found on the F-150 trucks. Unfortunately the factory FORD manifolds are notorious for warping and leaking. BD has designed an all new manifold that uses 11 bolt mounting locations instead of the factory 8. What's weird is there are already 11 holes available on the stock FORD heads so BD is just using these additional locations. No drilling is required... the holes are already in your heads now! We can only assume that FORD saves a few Nickels by using 8 attachment points instead of 11. Stupid, but it's what they did. BD's Ford 3.5L exhaust manifolds are made from thicker-walled high silicone ductile iron designed to resist thermal warping. Each kit includes 22 exhaust spacers and 22 class 8.8 studs designed to further improve thermal durability.
