This shock absorber is designed for installation on the front suspension of a 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 or 2004 Heritage model year Ford F150 2wd truck. This shock is NOT for use on 4x4 models. This is a stock length replacement shock designed for use on a truck that has no lift or leveling kit installed. Fits, Lightning, XLT, XL, Lariat, Harley Davidson Edition and King Ranch models.
