CST 2007-2013 Silverado & Sierra 2wd Extended Travel # CSK-C1-9-1

This CST 5" to 6" Extended Travel Suspension System # CSK-C1-9-1 is designed for use on 2007-2013 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 series 2wd trucks. It will also fit 2007-2014 Tahoe, Suburban 1500, Yukon and Yukon XL 1500 2wd Sport Utility Vehicles. Please note that this item will NOT fit any 4x4 models. CST includes a set of their fabricated steel 3.5" Lift Spindles. Each spindle is constructed using laser cut 1/4" plate steel that is then professionally welded and machined to ensure proper fitment and strength. With the fabricated plate steel design the track width increase is kept to a minimum. CST then replaces the factory shock and spring assembly with a set of their Dirt Series 2.5 Coilovers. The CST Dirt Series coilover is adjustable and can provide up to 2.5" inches of suspension lift. When you combine the 3.5" Lift Spindles and the 2.5" Lift Coil overs you get a total of 6" inches of front suspension lift. To make sure the lift performs as good as it looks, CST also includes a set of their Pro-Joint Equipped Tubular Steel Upper Control Arms. These control arms allow for an increased amount of rebound suspension travel which helps improve the ride and handling both on road and off. And to finish off the kit CST includes a set of DOT approved braided stainless steel front brake hoses and all necessary installation hardware.

Tire & Wheel Information:
CST recommends the use of a 33" tall tire on 8" wide wheels. CST does admit that larger tires may fit but your mileage may vary. Ideally, a 33" tall tire on an 8" wide wheel with 5.00 inches of back space is recommended. Some wheels with 5.50" back space will work with this kit however test fitting is MANDATORY as not all wheels with 5.50" of back space will clear! If you want to run a larger tire we'd suggest performing a test fit before mounting up and installing all four tire/wheel combos. There's nothing worse than buying a tire and wheel combo that doesn't fit. If you need help selecting the correct tire and wheel package please let us know.

Additional items recommended to complete this lift system are a rear lift and if necessary rear shock absorbers.
