This block is designed for use on vehicles equipped with a 2.50" wide leaf spring. This CST Performance Suspension 4" Offset Pin Lift Block # CSB-C14-12 is fabricated from steel and has a Black Powder Coat finish. These CST Lift Blocks are tapered and feature a single center pin design found on the 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 model year Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500. This CST 4" Lift Block has offset pins designed to properly reposition the axle after a 4" lift has been installed. Please note, these CST Lift Blocks are designed only for use on the listed vehicles. Use on any other vehicle is not recommended by CST.
This item includes a pair of CST 4" Fabricated Steel Offset Pin Lift Blocks, no more and no less. Extended length U-bolts are normally required when installing this block kit. U-bolts are not included but are available for purchase separately.
