Deaver 2005 - 2023 Toyota Tacoma Expedition Series Leaf Packs # U402 - Stage 3

Deaver 2007 - 2023 Toyota Tacoma 9-Leaf Expedition Series Spring Pack # U402 - Stage 3. These leaf springs will provide approximately 2" of lift on Tacoma trucks equipped with permanently installed weight ranging between 700 and 1000 lbs. Deaver developed their U402 Expedition Leaf Spring Packs to help reduce the harsh ride that almost all of the Tacoma trucks exhibit on poor or rough road surfaces. The factory overload in the stock leaf packs causes a spike in the spring rate when the rear suspension is compressed (like when it hits a large bump) that makes the back of the truck feel harsh when driven on rough roads or off-road. The 9-leaf progressive design allows for the initial spring compression to be soft and then it gets firmer and firmer as the spring is compressed more.

Lift Height Information:

The Deaver Stage 3 packs are designed only for use on Tacoma trucks equipped with 700 to 1000 lbs of permanently installed weight and/or accessories. The approximate lift height increase is 2" over stock height on trucks in GOOD to EXCELLENT condition that have 700 to 1000 lbs of additional weight over the rear tires. Please note that it is quite common for the factory Toyota leaf packs to flatten out and sag over time. This is especially true if they are subjected to off-road use while carrying additional weight. If your existing Tacoma leaf springs are flat (or have negative arch) the lift height your truck achieves may be greater than 2" inches. That's only because your existing Toyota spring packs are failing and can no longer hold the rear of the truck up properly. The exact amount of lift you will gain is unknown. The weight of your truck, where the weight is positioned and the unknown condition of your existing spring packs makes it IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to tell you exactly how much lift these leaf spring packs will provide on your truck.

This Stage 3 pack is NOT designed for use on trucks equipped with less than 700 lbs or more than 1000 lbs of additional weight over the rear tires! Deaver recommends the Stage 3 packs for use on Tacoma trucks with 700 to 1000 lbs. If you have less than 700 lbs of permanently installed weight Deaver recommends the use of the Stage 1 or Stage 2 system. If you have more than 1000 lbs of permanently installed accessories you need a Tundra. ;)
