Fabtech 2007-2018 Silverado & Sierra UniBall Upper Arm # FTS21128

The Fabtech FTS21128 is a direct replacement for the factory upper arm on the 2007-2013 and 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Suburban 1500 and GMC Yukon and Yukon XL 1500. Please note that these arms will ONLY fit 1500 series vehicles equipped with the Factory Cast Steel suspension. Will NOT fit 2007 Classic Edition trucks. Designed for use on 2014 - 2018 models equipped with the Factory Cast Steel suspension only. If your GM truck or SUV has Factory Aluminum or Factory Stamped Steel suspension this control arm will NOT fit.

Fabtech FTS21128 Features:

These Fabtech Upper Arms feature a welded gusset that reinforces the Uniball cup to the Chromoly Arm tubes for exceptional strength. The Uniball used is a large 1" ID Stainless Steel PTFE lined American made FK Uniball bearing that is indexed to the Arm to allow for increased travel when utilizing Dirt Logic Coilover shocks. Bushing barrels and Chromoly Arm tubes are strengthened by welded gussets to distribute load across both parts rather than at just the point of the welded barrel. Greaseable polyurethane bushings provide a smooth connection to the frame without squeaks.

Fabtech uses thick .250" wall DOM tubing on the bushing barrels to prevent failure during severe duty use. The arms themselves are constructed with .120" wall 4130 Chromoly tubing that is the same type of tubing used in Trophy Truck fabrication for unsurpassed strength. The Heat Treated 4340 Uniball Pin is super strong and allows installation without modification to the spindle. Fabtech UniBall Control Arms can be removed and the truck returned back to stock without issue if necessary. This is ideal for trucks that are leased that will must be turned in with a stock suspension. The misalignment spacers are constructed out of 17-4 Stainless and these allow the Uniball to travel without interference to the arm or spindle while adding strength to the cross section of the Pin.
