Fabtech 2007+ Jeep JK 5" Crawler System - K4040DB

The front system features a conversion from the factory 4 link arms to Fabtech's proven Radius Arm design. The adjustable Radius Arm links are constructed of 5/16" thick steel for maximum dent resistance. That means when can drag them over the rocks you might scratch the finish but you won't tweak the metal. Fabtech includes rotational urethane joints at each end for unrestricted articulation and quiet operation. The Fabtech Radius Arms mount to a 1/4" thick steel crossmember that bolts to the frame under the transmission. Fabtech maintains the correct front steering geometry via the included drop pitman arm. A Track Bar relocation bracket keeps the arc of travel between the Track Bar and Drag Link correct. This reduces bump steer and allows the steering linkage to cycle properly throughout the suspension travel. Lift is accomplished with replacement coil springs. Damping is controlled by a set of four Fabtech Dirt Logic shock absorbers with a Black finish. The rear system retains the factory 5 Link design but with extended length lower tubular arms that bolt to new side frame brackets. Installation of these frame brackets does not require the removal of the gas tank or welding. The rear upper links are replaced as well with a tubular style that attach at the factory mounts. Both the upper and lower rear links feature 5/16" thick wall construction with adjustable rotational urethane ends. The rear Track Bar is properly relocated to keep the rear axle tracking with the front axle for superior road handling at both low and high speed. For increased ground clearance at the rear axle, Fabtech provides replacement shock mounts that allow trimming of the factory mounts. This allows an additional 1" of ground clearance over the factory mounts.

To get the most from this suspension system you will need to replace the front and rear driveshafts. Fabtech offers heavy duty replacement driveshafts designed specifically for use with their 5" Crawler system that offers maximum driveline reliability.
