Fabtech 2018+ Nissan Titan 6" Lift - Performance System # K6012

Fabtech Motorsports 6" Suspension Lift # K6012 is designed to be installed on 2018 and 2019 model year Nissan Titan trucks except the Pro4x models. This lift does NOT fit any Titan XD trucks. This lift fits all 2wd and non-Pro4x 4wd trucks only. Fabtech is able to achieve 6" of front suspension and still retain the factory front shock and spring assembly by using a steel coilover spacer in conjunction with a drop subframe and taller steering knuckles. This means the Fabtech system helps improve upon the stock ride characteristics of the vehicle. How is this possible? The Fabtech Performance system includes a spacer for the front and Performance Series rear shock absorbers. Another benefit of the Fabtech design, the rack and pinion steering system does not need to be relocated for installation. This Fabtech 6" lift system includes a 1/4" thick differential skid plate, impact struts, and more. The rear is lifted using a 4" block and extended length U-bolt kit that provides 4" of rear suspension lift and levels the 2018 and newer model year Titan front to rear.

Tire & Wheel Fitment:
Fabtech recommends that wheels not be wider than 9.00" inches or have more than 5.00" inches of back space. Use of a wheel that is too wide or with too little back space may cause tire clearance issues. In general a narrower wheel with 5.00" of back space will work best with this lift. With the correct size wheels a 35" tires fits with room to spare. If you want to run 37" tires the Fabtech 6" lift can be modified to achieve up to 8" inches of lift. Additional (expensive) parts are required to do this that are NOT included in the K6012 kit boxes.

2017 vs. 2018 Model Year Kits... What's Different?
Fabtech offers this K6012 kit specifically for the 2018 and newer Titan trucks because their previous kits (2017 and earlier) included a shorter rear lift block. This K6012 kit includes a 4" tall rear lift block kit. The K6008 kit includes a 3" tall rear block kit. Why is that important? The front of the newer trucks sit higher than the older trucks. A taller rear lift block is necessary to achieve a more level front to rear stance.
