Fabtech 5" Rear Lift Block Kit # FTSBK5. Installation of these Fabtech 5" Cast Iron Lift Blocks will most likely require the installation of longer than factory provided u-bolts. Extended Length U-bolts can be purchased separately and are available using the selection box located below this description. Fabtech Lift Blocks will only work on vehicles that have the Leaf Springs installed above the rear axle tube. These Lift Blocks will NOT work on vehicles that have the leaf spring installed beneath the axle tube.
The FTSBK5 part number Includes one pair of Fabtech 5" Lift Cast Iron Blocks. Extended Length U-bolts may be purchased separately and are not included in the block price! These blocks are Tapered and are designed for use on vehicles equipped with 2.50" wide leaf springs.
